Renee Kent
Renee is a mom of three and has been a stylist for over 20 years. She created Olivia Lane in 2015, named after her youngest daughter Olivia. Renee has a passion for ministry and pouring in to her clients and employees. She is very family oriented and that shines through in her work. Renee is a fierce leader and works hard to create an infectious culture in the workplace. In her free time, Renee enjoys singing with the worship team at church and spending time with family.
Andria Olson
Hi, I’m Andria!
I am the salon manager and I’m passionate about all things hair, specializing in blonding, lived-in color, and beautiful brunettes. Nothing makes me happier than seeing transformations come to life and watching my clients’ confidence shine. I’m a mom of two boys and a baby girl. When I’m not behind the chair, I love traveling, trying new things, journaling, catching up on my favorite shows, listening to worship music, and spending time with my kids and friends. I can’t wait to have you in my chair!

My name is Scarlett! My love for hair and beauty began at a young age. Growing up in pageants & theater, I have always loved any form of art & beauty. Now with 5 years of working behind the chair, I love creating beautiful blondes, blended lived in colors, & specialize in extensions. Most importantly I love creating an atmosphere for my clients to sit back, relax, & leave looking & feeling as gorgeous as they are on the inside. When I'm not working behind the chair, you can find me serving on the worship team at my church, cozying up with my dogs & a good book, in Bible study, traveling, or anywhere there is coffee. My biggest goal is for my clients to leave feeling respected, listened to, and stunning! My free time is spent doing my makeup, spending time with my family, or working on one of my many many craft projects.

I love creating custom looks that suit each client’s personality and lifestyle, from transformative color to precision haircuts that grow out beautifully. While I enjoy styling for weddings and special events, my true love lies in the everyday artistry of hair—bringing out the best in every client. When I’m not in the salon, you’ll find me soaking up the sun with my husband and our dogs, enjoying life on the water and recharging in nature.

I’m Emily, my passion is in making people feel beautiful and confident in themselves! Specializing in blondes, brunettes and lived in color. Outside of the salon I am a family girl, I live for my family and the bond that we have. When I’m not behind the chair, I love the outdoors, being on the boat or near any body of water! I’m a southern girl at heart and love being out in the country. I also have a love for cooking so you can always find me in a kitchen. I can’t wait to get to know you, have you in my chair and make you feel like your best self!
Peyton Finigan
Hi, I’m Peyton!
I have been in the industry for 5 years! I specialize in high-impact blonding, lived-in color, custom extensions, curly hair, and precision cutting. I also specialize in men’s cuts, creating styles tailored to each individual and their lifestyle. I take my education very seriously and love learning more. I have also been awarded honorable mention for best hairstylist in the Sarasota magazine!
My goal behind the chair is to make every guest feel seen, heard, comfortable, and confident, leaving feeling even better than when they walked in. My chair is a space where everyone is welcome and deserves to feel beautiful, handsome, and completely themselves.
I truly believe great hair starts with listening. I’m here to understand the struggles you may be having with your hair so we can create a look that feels effortless, personalized, and uniquely you.
When I’m not behind the chair, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, outdoors in nature, and soaking in the little moments that inspire me creatively and personally.

I’m a newly licensed cosmetologist with a passion for all things hair and beauty! I love helping people feel confident, refreshed, and like the very best version of themselves. There’s nothing better than seeing someone leave my chair with a smile and a little extra sparkle.
When I’m not behind the chair, you can find me getting dressed up for dinner with friends, chasing the perfect sunset, or enjoying a sweet treat (my biggest weakness!). I’ve truly never met a stranger, so whether you’re looking for a total transformation or just a relaxing appointment to unwind, I can’t wait to get to know you.
My goal is to create a welcoming experience where you feel heard, cared for, and beautiful from the moment you sit down until you walk out the door. I’m so excited to continue growing in this industry and would love to be part of your hair journey

I’m the Guest Coordinator and Salon Associate here at Olivia Lane Salon, and my favorite part of my job is making sure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and excited from the moment they walk through our doors. I love getting to chat with our clients, help create a relaxing experience, and make everyone feel right at home.
As I continue growing behind the chair, I especially love highlighting and can’t wait to help bring your hair goals to life!
When I’m not at the salon, you can usually find me driving around with the windows down, paddle boarding, or soaking up the sun at the beach.
